We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your item subject to the terms below.

Returns

You have 30 day from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in an as-new condition

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be refunded

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@glovespecialists.co.uk with your order number and we we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • We can provide a returns postage label at a cost of £4.85 + VAT or you are able to make your own shipping arrangements

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.

This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer law.
